Sales Engineer with Polish and Spanish
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible:
· Development and implementation of the sales strategy and objectives in the polish and east Europe market.
· Management of relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities.
· Work with marketing Department to drive development and delivery of new products and services to meet customers and improve customer satisfaction.
· Contract elaboration, negotiation and implementation.
· Internal coordination with Engineering and Services Department to ensure correct project and contract implementation.
Requirements:
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. MBA preferred.
· At least 5 years of proven experience in sales of wind turbine generators. (MUST)
· Ideal candidate will be self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and strong problem solving mind.
· Fluent in Spanish, Polish (mandatory )and English.

The CMO/SVP will be a member of the senior executive team and will work closely with Sr. partners, and senior management to define an integrated strategy, and global brand, strengthen marketing and communications infrastructure and build and implement advanced business development functions designed to achieve revenue targets set by practice groups and international offices. The SVP must be a strong leader with the ability to drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing activities on a global basis, capable of establishing tactical plans and be accountable for results.
QUALIFICATIONS A successful candidate will have the following: The candidate must have no less than 8-10 years in the retail banking Prepaid or Credit or related industry experience with a track record of developing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies. An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree (MBA) and marketing degree is preferred.
