THE ORGANIZATION Company, is a rapidly growing, privately held direct Prepaid marketing and sales organization the company has a balance sheet strength and the necessary financial partnerships to support an effective growth strategy. Service Provider and manager of prepaid card program. At Company we provide clients with payment solutions that easily integrate into their existing payment processes creating highly controllable, cost-effective ways to transfer funds and establish new revenue opportunities. Company delivers prepaid card programs to clients in many different market sectors. Our products range from widely used payroll and workplace solutions, to Direct Deposit Consumer and B2b solutions. Company enjoys an intrinsic partnership with its issuing bank. This close relationship between program manager and bank gives Company a strong competitive edge in delivering robust, secure and commercially successful card programs within the Hispanic and Multicultural Markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES The CMO/SVP will report to the Firm's Chairman and CEO and will be expected to apply experience, creativity, planning and leadership to achieve strategic goals, developing tactics that will enable our group to maintain existing client relationships and market share, and expand into new markets, innovate rapidly and extend the global reach of the Company Global Prepaid services. The CMO/SVP will be a member of the senior executive team and will work closely with Sr. partners, and senior management to define an integrated strategy, and global brand, strengthen marketing and communications infrastructure and build and implement advanced business development functions designed to achieve revenue targets set by practice groups and international offices. The SVP must be a strong leader with the ability to drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing activities on a global basis, capable of establishing tactical plans and be accountable for results.
QUALIFICATIONS A successful candidate will have the following: The candidate must have no less than 8-10 years in the retail banking Prepaid or Credit or related industry experience with a track record of developing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies. An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree (MBA) and marketing degree is preferred.
