Job Title: IT Manager
Grade Level: College Degree
Reports To: General Director
Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico

Objective: Administrate and optimize all Enterprise’s hardware and software to achieve Company goals according to Corporate standards, strategies and policies. Implement solutions to system requirements, implement applications to improve core business’ cycles efficiency.

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
· Administrate and operate all core hardware and software to keep the critical business applications up and running.
· Supervise and coordinate department and subordinate activities.
· Look for the best use of information managed, administered and stored in magnetic media.
· Identify and establish rules and policies in order to maintain equipment, systems and information secured to guarantee its proper use and access.
· Analyze, evaluate and plan for new technologies that may result in an improvement cost-effective for the business.
· Annual budget planning that includes department needs for hardware, software and other related to IT

· Offer support to users on basic and specialized applications or hardware and technologies usage.
· Participate within the management staff to provide and share ideas to improve operations and productivity.

· Participate in the Global Information Technologies meeting to follow strategies, adopt rules, learn processes, inform results, issue introduction, share ideas within the group.


Qualifications:
· College IT Degree or related.
· Master Degree in IT or Administration is optional but desirable.
· Bilingual Spanish-English
3 year experience in similar position

Technical Competencies
· Oracle general knowledge. Core application modules and basic setups, basic tables understanding, Oracle applications terminology.
· Database use and management
· Hardware configuration and operation
· LAN and WAN basic implementation and administration
· Business software knowledge
